These delivery terms apply to purchases of food-storage and meal-prep containers, lunch boxes and totes, reusable bottles, backpacks, and companion accessories from our store.

Before dispatch

Payment-cleared orders are usually packed within approximately 1–2 business days. The following carrier journey is expected to take 3–5 business days. Neither period is a delivery guarantee; holidays, severe weather, address corrections, routing constraints, carrier volume, or an investigation may add time.

Checkout is the source for the available service, cost, and any qualifying free-shipping offer. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address plus a reachable email and telephone number. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available.

When a parcel needs attention

Contact us about delayed tracking, a lost parcel, an unfamiliar delivered scan, or transit damage. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and circumstances; images may be needed for damage. Geographic or item-specific restrictions are disclosed in the purchase flow where they apply.
